U.S. Axle utilizes one of the largest deep hole drilling machines on the East Coast, allowing us to almost exclusively craft these custom parts. This is how we consistently reduce costs and delivery time for our customers.

We have the ability to trepan inner diameters in shafts, cylinders, tubes, and threaded tubes for great lengths—again, engineering individualized solutions to unique drilling obstacles.

Our counter-rotation capabilities allow us to apply straight and concentric holes up to 89″ (2.260m) long, and 1/8″ (3.2mm) to 6″ (152mm) in diameter.
