Ernie Inmon   Chairman & CEO

Ernie comes to U.S. Axle from GST Autoleather where he was the President and CEO responsible for operations and strategic business development. Ernie has over 40 years of management experience with 30 years in C-Suite roles in the Automotive Leather, Food Processing and Production, and Metal Machining industries. Ernie is a strategic leader who has a track record of developing collaborative initiatives in support of growth and stability. Ernie graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and enjoys golf, boating and travel.


Ken Krauss   President & COO

Ken has been with US Axle for over 28 years and is the President & COO of the company. Having worked his way up the ranks from machinist, through engineering, operations, and now COO, Ken demonstrates that a commitment to continuous learning and hard work yields the transformative results necessary in today’s environment. He attended Penn State, Alvernia, and Albright Colleges, and has extensive training in Metallurgical & Quality Control. A marathoner, triathlete, and outdoorsman, Ken actively works with many local schools, alliances, and career entities to promote and mentor programs for manufacturing, trades, and career development.


Matt Inmon   Sales Manager

Matt has been with US Axle since 2008 and is the company’s Sales Manager. Prior to his move to US Axle, Matt has worked in sales with companies such as Emerson Tool Company and Naumann Hobbs Material Handling. With a strong pride in customer bases in agriculture, mining, military, and other global industries, Matt has a history of telling folks about the reliability, profitability, and accessibility of US Axle’s services. A graduate of University of Arizona as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt he enjoys the outdoors, golfing and being a father.


Ken Harrison   Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Ken has been with US Axle for 17 years and is the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at the firm. With a history in various machining practices, manufacturing concepts, casting, forging, as well as a design engineer, Ken Harrison is one of our best talents both in and out of the shop floor. A Six-Sigma Black Belt and a Commissioner for the Pottstown Human Relation Commissions, he is above all (when he has the time), an avid fisherman and golfer.
